INSTRUCTIONS
Measuring TDS Value
- Prepare the water sample in a container such as a paper cup.
- Remove the probe cap, and press the button. The LCD will display "000".
- Dip the probe into sample. The meter body is partially water-resistant only and should dry.
- Stir gently for 2~3 seconds, and then remove the meter from the water to obtain TDS reading. The meter has an auto reading hold function to keep reading on LCD until the next measurement or power is off.
- For a new measurement, press button to clear reading. The LCD will display "000".
- After measurement, gently fling the meter 2~3 times to remove any residual water from the probe before putting the cap on. The meter automatically shuts off after approximately 20 seconds from power-on.
- To turn off the meter manually, press the button for approximately 5 seconds.
Calibrating TDS Value
Use a screwdriver to turn the calibration button clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the TDS reading. Do not adjust the button unless a calibration is necessary.
Installing/Changing Battery
